Private Equity

Private Equity Fund Administration
Property
Our team have worked on a variety of global property structures and are very aware of the need to manage the multiple parties involved in such structures - whether this involves intermediary holding structures or outsourced accounting and property management.
General Partner Administration
In a number of structures (and in particular, private equity), the General Partner of a Limited Partnership may be the only entity within a fund to be placed offshore. This can be for a number of reasons, not least of which is the tax neutrality gained as a result, but a by-product of which can be a substantial increase in the input Value Added Tax recovered by the fund and its manager. We adopt a flexible approach in administering all or just part of an investment structure and working closely with all of the service providers involved in the chain.
Other
Whilst private equity and property fund structures have typically been key to many administrators’ service offerings, Fund Corporation also assists with small ‘investor club’ type arrangements and family offices that have needed to outsource aspects of their investment administration.
